County Asset Solutions was founded in 2014 by Rachel Mackay, a former county records analyst who spent nearly a decade watching families struggle to navigate paperwork that rightfully belonged to them. What began as after-hours help for neighbors quickly grew into a full-service advisory firm.
Today, our small but seasoned team handles hundreds of cases each year for individuals, heirs, estates, and small businesses — always on a contingency basis, always with a real human on the phone.

Rachel spent nine years inside county government offices in North Georgia before opening County Asset Solutions in 2014. She holds a B.S. in Public Administration from the University of North Georgia and continues to volunteer with the Hall County Historical Society.
