Scope

Within 48 business hours of your request, a senior coordinator walks the site, reviews the lease or directive, and publishes a written scope-of-work, schedule, and not-to-exceed budget. No charge, no obligation.

Inventory

Crews tag, photograph, and grade every asset class — resale-quality, donation-quality, recyclable, and disposal. The inventory is reconciled against your fixed-asset register where available.

Execute

Mobilization happens on the published date. Property managers, landlords, IT, and security are coordinated throughout. After-hours work is standard in shared-tenant buildings.

Recover

Resale-quality assets route to our wholesale and broker network. Donations route to vetted 501(c)(3) partners with tax receipts. Residuals route to certified recyclers with weight tickets and processor names.

Document

Engagement closes with a binder (digital + printed on request): before/after photography, weight tickets, recycling certificates, donation receipts, and a final reconciliation suitable for finance, audit, ESG, and insurance.
